Field Day
Lawrenceville National Register
Historic District
3706 Butler Street, Pittsburgh PA, 15201

Field Day perfectly captures how historic industrial structures can still be part of the modern work experience. Originally built by the Ford Motor Company, this 30,000-square-foot coworking and community hub is located in the heart of Lawrenceville. After sitting mostly vacant for nearly 20 years, Field Day was among the first certified rehabilitations in the Lawrenceville National Register Historic District.
As part of its modern reimagining by Q Development and our partners, the space now supports entrepreneurs, creatives, and small businesses with private offices, flexible coworking desks, conference rooms, and a neighborhood café. Amenities include integrated parking, indoor bike storage, commuter showers, and a rooftop deck for member events.
Fun Facts:
- Solar tubes, large industrial windows, and a glass roll-up door bring daylight and fresh air deep into the workspace.
- Custom furniture designed and fabricated by Bones and All is featured throughout the building, including the reception desk.
